Making A Purchase

We accept ALL Major Credit & Debit Cards and payments are processed via the SAGE PAY Secure Payment System.
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order and SAGE PAY will convert the transaction your own currency.
If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
Upon submitting your order you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address, this will show all the transaction details.

Delivery Schedule & Postage Fees

A majority of items are held in stock & therefore dispatched within 3-5 working days If this is not possible we will advise you accordingly.

Online & Mail order items are sent via Royal Mail.

UK ORDERS OVER £100.00 – SPECIAL DELIVERY  - FREE of charge

UK ORDERS UP TO £100.00 – RECORDED DELIVERY – FREE of charge

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS –  INTERNATIONAL SIGN FOR – We charge an additional fee of £9.99

Items are fully insured and trackable via the Royal Mail website, tracking numbers can be supplied on request.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit to enable us to make a claim against our delivery agent.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery agent is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

UK VAT @ 20% is include in the price of all our products.

International purchasers that wish to reclaim the UK VAT charges MUST do so directly with the UK Customs & Excise Department.

Returns Policy
Oliver James Jewellers will happily replace or refund for any faulty items that are covered by guarantee.

Items that are returned under the UK Distance Seller Regulations must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item and the customer is responsible for all postage costs that are incurred in the items return.

PLEASE NOTE …….. EARRING CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNDER AN CIRCUMSTANCES FOR HYGINE REASONS

Please contact us by phone or email in the first instance to notify us of a possible returns claim.
ALL returns are to be sent via the original delivery method  and the appropriate insurance value MUST selected.
We require you to retain the proof of posting and email us the Royal Mail Tracking Number once the item has be posted.
